Who: Painter Joanne Donaca’s work will be on display at the Oxford Hotel through Oct. 26. The Bend artist and native Oregonian depicts the varied and bold vistas of her home state in her oil landscapes. Donaca grew up in an artistic family and was encouraged in school to further her skills, even winning several awards throughout high school. Her work today is largely based in impressionism and has been featured in many collections and was chosen as the poster art for the 2012 Sunriver Music Festival.
