EUGENE — Oregon tight end Cam McCormick, a redshirt sophomore from Bend, was injured Saturday during the Ducks’ 58-24 season-opening victory over Bowling Green at Autzen Stadium.

Ducks coach Mario Cristobal said after the game that McCormick has a leg injury that could be “significant” but the team is awaiting X-rays.

McCormick, a graduate of Summit High School, made one catch in Saturday’s game, a first-quarter reception that resulted in a 2-yard loss.
