Boundless dining — Advance tickets are on sale for an Autumn Equinox farm-to-table dinner, to be presented by Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) on Sept. 22 at the Boundless Farmstead in rural Bend. Chef Anna Witham, of the Root Cellar and 123 Ramen, will prepare a five-course, family-style dinner. Tickets are $65 or $60 for CSA members.
