• High Desert Industrial Complex, a new industrial development, will be located at 2561 NE Fourth Street in Bend. The development will have more than 127,000 square feet of class A industrial space on 7.25 acres near U.S. Highway 97. Fratzke Commercial Real Estate Advisors Inc. is leasing suites, yet to be built, ranging from 1,700 square feet to 26,700 square feet. The suites are scheduled to become available in 2019.

• Trailhead Liquor has opened at 20516 Robal Road, Suite 130, on the north end of Bend. The new liquor store is located next to MOD Pizza.

• St. Charles Family Care is offering prenatal services at the south clinic, 61250 SE Coombs Place, Bend.
