Bend Police Department

Theft — A theft was reported at 4:12 p.m. Aug. 29, in the 21000 block of High Desert Lane.

Theft — A theft was reported at 6:36 a.m. Aug. 30, in the 63400 block of Stacy Lane.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 10:43 a.m. Aug. 30, in the 60900 block of Crested Butte Lane.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 1:40 p.m. Aug. 30, in the 62800 block of Daniel Road.

Theft — Two thefts were reported at 4:44 p.m. Aug. 19 and 5:33 p.m. Aug. 27, in the 2000 block of NE Linnea Drive.

Unlawful entry — A vehicle was reported entered at 8:34 a.m. Aug. 27, in the 61400 block of SE 27th Street.

Burglary — A burglary was reported at 1:33 p.m. Aug. 29, in the 1200 block of SW Tanner Court.

Theft — A theft was reported at 5:52 p.m. Aug. 23, in the 61400 block of S. U.S. Highway 97.

Theft — A theft was reported and an arrest made at 7:38 a.m. Aug. 25, in the 63400 block of N. U.S. Highway 97.

Theft — A theft was reported at 5:55 p.m. Aug. 28, in the 800 block of NE Watt Way.

DUII — Kevin Michael Duvall, 29, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and probation/parole violation at 1:16 a.m. Sept. 4, in the 2600 block of NE U.S. Highway 20.

Unauthorized use — A vehicle was stolen and an arrest made at 3:07 p.m. Aug. 31, in the 63400 block of N. U.S. Highway 97.

Prineville Police Department

Theft — A theft was reported at 2:29 p.m. Sept. 4, in the area of NW Ninth Street.

Vehicle crash — An accident was reported at 5:07 p.m. Sept. 4, in the area of NW Harwood Street.

Unauthorized use — A vehicle was stolen and an arrest made at 11:14 a.m. Sept. 5, in the area of SE Willowdale Drive. The suspect was also charged with driving uninsured and without a license.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported at 6:05 p.m. Sept. 5, in the area of NW Ninth Street.

DUII — Marvyn Fulton, 61, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 9:57 p.m. Sept. 5, in the area of NE Third Street.

Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office

Theft — A theft was reported at 4:01 p.m. Aug. 29, in the 500 block of S. Locust Street in Sisters.

Theft — A theft was reported at 9:23 a.m. Aug. 30, in the 3400 block of NE 33rd Street in Redmond.

Theft — A theft was reported at 11:33 a.m. Aug. 30, in the 600 block of NW Fifth Street in Bend.

Theft — A theft was reported at 3:36 p.m. Aug. 30, in the 16400 block of First Street in La Pine.

Theft — A theft was reported at 7:47 p.m. Aug. 30, in the 63000 block of U.S. Highway 20 in Bend.

Oregon State Police

Vehicle crash — An accident was reported at 4:59 p.m. Aug. 31, in the area of E. state Highway 126 near milepost 7 in Crook County.

Vehicle crash — An accident was reported at 5:12 p.m. Aug. 31, in the area of state Highway 126 and SW Powell Butte Highway in Powell Butte. The passengers in the offending vehicle were cited for possession of open containers of alcohol.

Hit-and-run — A hit-and-run incident was reported at 10:13 p.m. Aug. 31, in the area of S. U.S. Highway 97 near Baker Road in Bend.

Hit-and-run — A hit-and-run incident occurred and an arrest made at 11:28 a.m. Sept. 1, in the area of state Highway 380 near milepost 11.5 in Prineville.

DUII — David Marshall White, 33, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and for refusing a breath test at 11:07 a.m. Sept. 2, in the area of W. U.S. Highway 20 near milepost 46.5 east of Bend.

DUII — Albert William Haring, 54, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants at 5:39 p.m. Sept. 5, in the area of S. U.S. Highway 97 NE Cedar Street in Madras.

Vehicle crash — A three-vehicle accident was reported at 3:38 p.m. Sept. 2, in the area of U.S. Highway 97 near milepost 105 in Culver. The offending driver was not cited; a DMV retest will be administered.

Criminal mischief — An act of criminal mischief was reported and an arrest made for leaving the scene at 3:51 p.m. Sept. 2, in the area of the Crane Prairie Resort in Deschutes County.

Hit-and-run/vehicle crash — An accident and car fire occurred at 5:19 p.m. Sept. 2, in the area of N. U.S. Highway 97 and NE Elm Lane in Madras. The suspect vehicle fled the scene and the driver of the offended vehicle was transported to St. Charles Madras for treatment.

Vehicle crash — An accident was reported at 10:48 p.m. Sept. 2, in the area of E. U.S. Highway 26 near milepost 16 south of Tumalo.
