• Ascent Architecture and Interiors celebrated the grand opening in August of Conflux Brewing Co. in Missoula, Montana. Ascent managed all phases of the project from conceptualization and design through construction, including land analysis and permitting.
• Forever Free Cryotherapy, an athletic recovery facility, opened Saturday at 1725 SW Chandler Ave. in Bend. Forever Free offers chronic pain management and muscular recovery.
• Treehouse Therapies will celebrate the opening of a new clinic from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday. The clinic is at 60575 Billadeau Road, Bend, next to Healing Reins Therapeutic Riding Center. Treehouse is a nonprofit that offers physical and occupational therapy to children from birth through adolescence.
• The Gallery Restaurant & Bar, 171 W. Cascade Ave., Sisters, filed an application Sept. 13 with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission under a change of ownership for a full on-premises commercial sales licenses, which allows the sale and service of distilled spirits, malt beverages and wine for consumption on the licensed premises.
• Passion Foods LLC, 745 NW Mt. Washington Drive, suites 200 and 201, filed an application Sept. 11 with the OLCC for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises.
• Initiative Brewing LLC, 424 NW Fifth St., Redmond, filed an application Sept. 6 with the OLCC for brewpub license, which allows the manufacture and sale of malt beverages to wholesalers and the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider for consumption on or off the premises.
• Cuba in Bend LLC, 133 SW Century Drive, Suite 204, filed an application Sept. 4 with the OLCC for a full on-premises commercial sales license, which allows the sale and service of distilled spirits, malt beverages and wine for consumption on the licensed premises.
• 7-Eleven #2363-20376G, 405 NE Third St., Prineville, filed an application Aug. 2 with the OLCC under a change of ownership for an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises.
