Halloween weekend in Bend is a bit like any other weekend in Bend when it comes to live music: There’s tons of it, everywhere, for fans of any and every genre. Read on for some highlights:

• Halloween in Sisters means a visit from Eugene guitar shredder David Jacobs-Strain and his stomping blues band The Crunk Mountain Boys. The band will bring its usual bag of tricks and rockin’ treats to its annual show at The Belfry on Friday. It’s billed as a costume party, so be sure to dress the part.

• Next up, Red Light Productions will scare up some moves on the Domino Room dance floor during its Wicked 2018 Halloween party Saturday. Dutch DJ and producer GANZ and Canadian vocalist/DJ ill-esha will headline (original headliner Gladiator dropped from the bill due to “personal reasons,” according to Red Light Productions), with locals EYEMC and Komotion rounding out the lineup. The festivities also will include visuals by Jeff Morris, live painting and vendors.

• McMenamins Old St. Francis School goes all out for its holiday shows, and Halloween is no exception. On Saturday, music fans can catch soul/R&B/jam band (and Bend favorite) Object Heavy in the theater, or head to Father Luke’s Room for a set from DJ Graceful Dead (which seems pretty self-explanatory). While the big party is Saturday, head back to the school Halloween night for a set from local instrumental trio The Same Coin.
