Holiday bazaars open for shoppers

You may still be munching on that Halloween candy, but as sure as the cooler temperatures and Sunday’s time change indicate, winter is coming and so are holiday bazaars. This year, local artists and craft-makers will be hosting and appearing in dozens of markets, selling and showcasing their hard work. If you’re on the hunt for the perfect country Christmas gift, traditional Hanukkah items, locally sourced honey, Norwegian lefse, pottery, hand-spun items or just looking to support a Central Oregon nonprofit, there is probably a market that has what you’re looking for.

The following list will help you navigate this year’s bazaar and market cornucopia.
