A Bend teenager was arrested for allegedly supplying drugs — including cocaine, ecstasy and Xanax — to students at high schools across Bend.

Bend Police began investigating Dylan Phillip Ricker, 19, two weeks ago for allegedly conducting off-campus drug deals, sometimes coming within 1,000 feet of a school.

Police witnessed Ricker on Tuesday stopping at Summit High School and Tamarack, a facility in Bend for students with challenging behaviors and mental health needs. Ricker allegedly picked up a student from each school during each stop, according to police.

Officers followed Ricker, who was driving a 2003 Subaru Impreza, and observed several traffic violations. They pulled him over, searched the Subaru and found several types of drugs and items used in the sale of drugs, including more than 10 grams of cocaine packaged for sale, user amounts of methamphetamine, ecstasy, and Xanax. More than $4,000 dollars of cash was also seized that police believe is from drug sales.

During the investigation, police discovered Ricker allegedly provided at least one juvenile with cocaine and Xanax on multiple occasions.

Ricker was arrested and booked on charges of possession of cocaine, delivery of cocaine, manufacture of cocaine, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance (Xanax), possession of methamphetamine, possession of MDMA (ecstasy), delivery of cocaine to a minor and delivery of schedule IV controlled substance to a minor.
