Seven Peaks Ventures of Bend is among the investors that will benefit from the $68 million acquisition of Cozy Services, Ltd., a Portland-based provider of online services for independent landlords and renters.

Seven Peaks founder Dino Vendetti cited Cozy as one of the rapidly growing companies in its portfolio during an interview with The Bulletin in September.

Publicly traded CoStar Group Inc. announced the deal last week. CoStar offers online services for commercial real estate. The company said it plans to integrate Cozy’s technology into the Apartments.com platform in the first half of 2019.

More than 50,000 landlords use the Cozy platform, which includes property listings, rent estimates, rental applications, tenant screening and online rent payments, according to CoStar’s announcement. More than 120,000 tenants are making online payments, which totaled $1.4 billion over the past 12 months, through Cozy.
