Who: Artist Marty Stewart’s exhibit “Ebb and Flow/High and Low” is on display at Tumalo Art Co. through Dec. 3. Stewart’s current showcase focuses on the natural movements of water as well as the contrast of inland landscapes with mountains that rise from the lowlands and deserts. Her experimentations with mediums has led her to create first with an under-painting of watercolor on sanded paper then adding pastels, enhancing colors and values of the piece. Her work has been featured and received awards in shows throughout Central Oregon.
