O.B. Riley Road is closed between Hardy Road/Glen Vista Road and Cooley Road to allow the installation of water lines, stormwater systems and road improvements for the new elementary school under construction nearby. The closure is expected to last all winter, according to the City of Bend. The road will be paved in the spring. A detour is in place and officials don’t expect the detour to change during the construction project.
