• Southside Physical Therapy has moved to a new space at 121 NW Greenwood Ave, Suite 101, Bend. The new clinic includes five private patient treatment rooms, a new gym area, and a reception room. The new office also has designated parking for patients and visitors.

• The Oregon Outdoor Alliance recently received a $4000 grant through U.S. Bank’s Community Possible Grant Program. The alliance is a nonprofit member organization based in Bend that supports and seeks to grow a vibrant, prosperous outdoor industry in Oregon.

• Companion Coffeehouse, 1441 SW Chandler Ave., Suite 106, Bend, applied Nov. 15 to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission as a new outlet with a full on-premises commercial sales license, which allows the sale and service of distilled spirits, malt beverages and wine for consumption on the licensed premises.

• Badlands Artisan Distillery, 60951 S U.S. Highway 97, Bend, applied Nov. 19 to the OLCC as a new outlet distillery, which allows the holder to import, manufacture, distill, rectify, blend, denature and store distilled spirits.

• 7-Eleven Store #2363-20375C, 810 NE Greenwood Ave., Bend, applied to the OLCC Nov. 19 for a change in ownership and change in trade name to 7-ELEVEN #20375D with an off-premises sales license, which allows the sale of malt beverages, wine and cider in factory sealed containers for consumption off the licensed premises.
