Champagne toasts — New Year’s Eve at Riverhouse on the Deschutes will feature an eight-course dinner ($85) from Chef Michael Stanton. Currents restaurant will host Dec. 31 seatings at 6 and 8 p.m., with a menu highlighted by duck confit, lobster ravioli and tournedos Rossini.
