Olivia Newton-John to release autobiography

Gallery Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, announced Tuesday that “Don’t Stop Believin’” by Olivia Newton-John would be published in the U.S. March 12. The book will include a new afterword.

Marshall’s favorite episodes will air

Some of Penny Marshall’s favorite “Laverne & Shirley” episodes will air on MeTV as a tribute to her. Marshall, who died Monday at 75, played the spirited Laverne DeFazio on the beloved sitcom.

A spinoff of “Happy Days,” “Laverne & Shirley” debuted in 1976 and ran for eight seasons. The series stood out for depicting working-class women.

MeTV will air six of Marshall’s favorites and two holiday-themed episodes Sunday starting at 2 p.m.
