The crane installed Wednesday at 210 SW Century Drive in Bend will be used to build a six-story apartment building on the former site of Ray’s Food Place.

Planned by Forum Westside LLC, the project includes 203 apartments over first-floor commercial space, plus a two-story parking garage, said Lane Lehrke, superintendent at CS Construction.

The project is scheduled to conclude in spring of 2020, he said.
