Where to GO! in Central Oregon for art gawking and buying

“It is a great honor for The Red Chair Gallery to be voted Where to GO! for art gawking and buying,” said Rita Dunleavy, managing partner at the Bend gallery. “It means we have accomplished what we hoped to by having a place for our 30 local artists to share their talents with our visitors. The message is clear to everyone, friend, family and stranger, when they walk by our huge windows, that they are welcome, that there is something for everyone and that they will be greeted like old friends.

“The artists displaying their work in the gallery also staff the gallery, so every visitor is treated to the ‘pride for the whole gallery’ each artist projects when they speak with our visitors,” Dunleavy said. “Our goal is to make everyone feel special because they make us feel special when they walk through our door. We thank them for giving us this honor.”
