Teriyaki time — A Japanese fast-food restaurant has announced its Sunday opening. Teriyaki Madness will offer made-to-order teriyaki chicken and other dishes, from teriyaki beef and tofu to yakisoba noodles, pot stickers and crab Rangoon. It is located in the Forum Shopping Center near Barnes & Noble. Founded in Las Vegas in 2003, this is the second Oregon franchise of a company that has 45 nationwide outlets.
