Dental office building: 400 SW Bond St., Bend

Details: A three-story, 21,909 square-foot dental office building is under construction on Bond Street at the Wilson Avenue roundabout.

The building is due for completion in December, according to Pinnacle Architecture. The $4.1 million building will be home to Deschutes Pediatric Dentistry and other tenants, which are yet to be determined.

Pinnacle designed the building as a modern, child-friendly environment, according to a news release from the firm. Special consideration was given in providing large windows while creating privacy at street level for patients.

The exterior will be finished in fiber cement panels, exposed steel and ledge rock, according to documents filed with the city of Bend.
