James Otto, Floater lead Bend Summer Fest lineup

Portland alt-rock group Floater and country singer-songwriter James Otto will headline this year’s Bend Summer Festival.
The annual festival returns to downtown July 12-14, and will include two stages featuring local and national live music (down from three in previous years). Otto will headline July 12 on the Main Stage located by U.S. Bank on Oregon Avenue, while Floater headlines July 13 on the same stage.
