California-born, Mexican-American rapper and singer Snow tha Product (born Claudia Feliciano) seems overdue for a major breakout in the hip-hop world. Emerging on the Texas hip-hop scene with her underground debut album “Unorthodox” in 2011, Snow went on to work with artists such as Tech N9ne and Ty Dolla $ign and contributed a guest spot on 2016’s “The Hamilton Mixtape.” The bilingual artist (she raps and sings in Spanish and English) eventually signed with Atlantic Records, dropping the EP “Half Way There … Pt. 1” in 2016. She has continued to pump out mix tapes filled with thought-provoking treatises on women’s rights, immigration, racism and other hot-button issues, earning a reputation thanks to her spitfire verses and uncompromising performances.
