David Freeman was named to the all-league first team and all-state third team, and will be competing in the 4A All-Star game in Roseburg this weekend.

The Central Oregon Adult Baseball league will stage its end-of-season tournament this Sunday at Bend’s Vince Genna Stadium from 10 a.m. to about 6 p.m.

The tournament will include four teams and three games. The top-seeded River Bandits will take on fourth-seeded COCC at 10 a.m. Team No Name and the Dirtbags will play at 1 p.m., and winners of the first two games will play in the championship at 4 p.m.

Admission is free, and refreshments will be available.
