Emily Clyburn, 80: A long time librarian and the wife of House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn of South Carolina who helped raise millions of dollars to help students attend the alma mater they shared. Died in Columbia, South Carolina, on Thursday morning, according to the congressman’s office.
