The 67,000-square-foot building housing 10 Barrel Brewing’s east-side headquarters in Bend is on the market for $19.7 million.

Property tax records show the 3.9 acre parcel on NE 18th Street is owned by Basalt Lot 5 LLC. State business records show the LLC owner as Jordan Skovborg, a Bend-based developer.

Since 2014, 10 Barrel has been owned by Anheuser-Busch In-Bev. It currently has more than seven years left on the lease. The brewery bottles and cans its craft beer from the facility and distributes from the site.

“This is not a distressed sale and pricing is consistent with comparable properties,” said Graham Dent, Compass Commercial partner, in an email. “The owner is a local developer who would re-deploy proceeds from the sale into new development projects in Central Oregon.”
