•Jennie O’Loughlin has joined the Skjersaa Group, a Central Oregon real estate firm, as its principal broker and operations manager. O’Loughlin moved to Bend seven years ago from Southern Oregon. During that time she has worked in commercial lending assisting builders with financing.

• Catherine Smith, Aperion Management Group chief operating officer, was named Volunteer Leader of the Year by the Community Associations Institute’s Central Oregon regional chapter. The organization helps homeowner asociations participate in loal education programs.
