Latitude 44 Sports and Stand on Liquid will relocate its shop to Century Center in the west side of Bend.
The move puts the stores closer to where customers recreate: the Deschutes River and mountain lakes, said Rob McDonald, co-owner. The store will open in its new location, 1375 NW Commerce Ave., on Saturday.
“It’s a better layout for our storefront,” McDonald said.
The stand -up paddleboard company was founded in 2010 and is located on Reed Market Road. The company is moving toward a more retail focus, McDonald said.
It sells its own brand of board and is the distributor for 70 paddleboard brands and accessories. The sister company opened last year, according to the company and was created for outdoor enthusiasts seeking to purchase consignment and closeout winter sports gear.
