- Dave Matthews Band performs for a sold-out crowd at Les Schwab Amphitheater on Tuesday, August 28, 2018.
All ticket holders for the Dave Matthews Band concert Sept. 8 at Bend’s Les Schwab Amphitheater will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test within 72 hours of the show, according to the amphitheater.
Children under 12, who are not eligible for a vaccine, may attend the concert if they provide a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours.
Ticket holders who no longer want to attend the concert can get a refund through the amphitheater, and can find information at bendconcerts.com.
The new requirements came from the Dave Matthews Band, which added the COVID-19 protocols Friday for all of its shows this summer.
The Les Schwab Amphitheater is still not requiring face masks, social distancing or proof of a COVID-19 vaccine at its other concerts, unless the artists decide to change those requirements.
The amphitheater is hosting a record 26 concerts this summer over 10 weeks in August and September.
