The High Desert Music Hall is hosting a Grateful Dead night on Saturday.

Celebrate one of the most beloved American rock bands, The Grateful Dead, at the High Desert Music Hall on Saturday night with an all-star line-up of local musicians playing the songs of the legendary band.

The Mostest, Gbots & the Journeymen, and Call Down Thunder along with Pete Kartsounes and special guests will jam into the night, according to the music hall website.

“Grateful Night,” which is sponsored by Cosmic Depot and Wild Ride Brewing, is also a benefit show for the Redmond Food band. Entry is either $5 or five cans of food which will be donated to the food band. If you bring 20 cans, you get entry plus a poster. In addition, there will be a silent auction, with all proceeds going to the food bank.

The poster asks to “please also consider donating a new or clean warm piece of clothing to be donated to Redmond’s houseless community.”

The show starts around 8 p.m.
