The three leading candidates for the Oregon governor’s office faced off Friday afternoon in a live forum that at times was testy, but also civil.
Republican nominee Christine Drazan, Democratic nominee Tina Kotek and unaffiliated candidate Betsy Johnson took questions from a panel of journalists from across the state, and also asked each other questions.
The event was hosted by the Oregon Newspaper Publishers Association at its annual convention in Welches. The forum was moderated by Pamplin Media Group President Mark Garber.
