As classical music fills the air at the Sunriver Music Festival, consider patronizing The Fold Craft Pizza and Kitchen in Sunriver Village. The pizza crust is high quality, the mozzarella stringy and the salads are crisp and refreshing.

And then there’s Sunriver’s delicatessen and specialty food store, Josie K’s Deli and Kitchen. It’s named after two strong Italian grandmothers, Josie and Karen. The classic deli sandwiches are mouthwatering and the store offers home cooked “take and bake” meals to bring home for dinner.

North of Bend in Sisters, Funky Fauna Artisan Ales is brewing up small-batch beers with local ingredients. All five of the beers on the current tap list are brewed with local yeast, reflecting the brewer’s focus on native wild yeast fermentation.
