Charles and Judy Trego of Bend will celebrat their 40th wedding anniversary on August 11.

The couple were married August 11, 1982, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

They have two children, Krystal Bell and her fiancé Seth Bafford and Ryan Trego who all live in Bend, along with 2 grandchildren.

Mr. Trego is a retired Columbian Aircraft Inspector. Prior to retiring he worked for General Dynamics, Dowty International, Marus Dental and Columbia Aircraft.

Mrs. Trego is a part of the Sisters Area Chamber of Commerce and has worked in the nonprofit and public sector for much of her career, helping those in the community of limited means and small businesses.

Charles and Judy plan on a private wedding anniversary celebration with family and friends.

They have lived in Central Oregon for 30 years.
