The Oxford Hotel in downtown Bend revived its street-level restaurant Roam with a new menu and a new chef, Bryant Kryck, according to the hotel group.

A former executive chef at the Hi-Lo Hotel in Portland, Kryck also worked in New York, Nebraska and Michigan. He appeared on the Food Network’s Chopped and Guy’s Grocery Games in 2020. 

Kryck’s menu at Roam draws upon Mexican and American cuisines, according to the hotel chain. The restaurant was renovated and revamped its outdoor seating this year to create patio dining.
