Since I acquired an air-fryer, it has easily secured itself among my most-used kitchen appliances along with my Keurig, SodaStream and blender.

While I haven’t yet dabbled in cooking salmon, pork chops or tri-tip in the air-fryer, it’s the only appliance I’ll turn to when it comes to cooking the sides I prefer crispy, such as polenta and brussels sprouts.
