The beats and bass are strong at Volcanic Theatre Pub (70 SW Century Drive, Bend) this weekend.
Friday night brings Canadian DJ duo SkiiTour to the VTP stage, where they’ll pump out a heavy dose of feel-good house music and groovy electro-pop. New Yorker N2N opens the show with his brand of funk-flavored house. 7 p.m. $18.

On Saturday, two producers who take an unconventional approach to dance music roll through Volcanic: Denver’s DMVU and Toadface from Atlanta. The former makes bass music that reliably feels cinematic in scope, while the latter fuses elements of trap and dubsteb in a way that comes off as relentlessly positive and uplifting. 8 p.m. $18.
Finally, Sunday sees the return of live-jam-tronica band Papadosio, who’ve been building a sizable fan base for nearly 20 years, thanks to their relatively laid-back take on electronic jams and psychedelic pop, plus their intoxicating live sets. Tribal trance duo Desert Dwellers open the show. 8 p.m., doors open 7 p.m. $30.
