St. Patrick’s Day Dash set for Saturday in Old Mill District

- Runners and walkers of all ages take off from the starting line while participating in the seventh annual Mt. Bachelor Rotary Club St. Patrick’s Day Dash in Bend’s Old Mill District in 2018.
Mt. Bachelor Rotary and Cascade Relays are teaming up for the St. Patrick’s Day Dash event, set for Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. in Bend’s Old Mill District.
Participants can choose from a 5K, 10K, or a leisurely 1.3-mile stroll.

There will be prizes for best costume and a post-dash bash at Kobold Brewing. The party is open to the public, featuring Irish beers, craft cocktails, local food vendors, face painting, bagpipers, Irish dancers, and a live string band. All Proceeds from St. Patrick’s Day Dash benefit The Assistance League Of Bend.
Registration is $30 for the 1.3-mile course, $45 for the 5K, and $60 for the 10K. Participants will receive a swag bag, race bib, and a complimentary drink token. The first 600 registrants will also receive a Saint Patrick’s Day Dash commemorative hat.
Day-of registration and packet pick-up will also be available Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to noon in the Old Mill District on the grass field in front of Hampton Inn.
There will also be a Packet Pickup Party at Haven Coworking on Friday from noon to 6 p.m.
