- Unity Spiritual Community Of Central Oregon will host a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath on Sunday.
Whether it’s yoga or meditation or a combination of the two, there are plenty of opportunities to better your mind and body in Central Oregon this week.
Women can find deep nourishment in an embodied movement class at Hanai Foundation. All are welcome at a weekly mindfulness-based meditation class. Sing in a group setting at Unity Sanctuary. Cat lovers should check out a guided stretching and meditation class among adoptable cats. And everyone should explore the depths of sonic meditation at Unity Spiritual Community of Central Oregon.
Amba — Embodied Movement for Women
Meghan Mahealani, founder of the Amba Method of Embodiment, will lead the class in breath, movement and meditation. The class should help participants connect more deeply with their body, heal their nervous system and unwind patterns of gripping and tensing. Attendees should bring a sheepskin rug, blankets or yoga mat and eye mask.
