Jeannette was born in Portland, OR to LaVern and Hazel Campbell Hartley. On May 8, 1953 she married Hubert Bierly and began a life long career as a farm wife near Beaverton. In 1978 they relocated to a farm in Alfalfa. She also worked as a secretary and bank teller. She enjoyed playing the organ at church, quilting, and arts and crafts. Jeannette was predeceased by her parents, brother, Dean Hartley, and a granddaughter. She is survived by Hubert, sons, Mark (Julie), Steve, daughter, Pam, three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
