Amenities include a fitness center, an entertainment area with a kitchen, private work cubes, a large conference room, pool and spa with outdoor seating and onsite storage buildings with units available for residents to lease. The complex will also have a large, natural-landscape dog park and a smaller dog park with dog play equipment plus a dog wash area with a wash tub and dry station.

Inspired by neighboring Cascade Culinary Institute, the design is a modern lodge-style that uses natural materials such as exposed wood. Robinson said there are two-bedroom townhome units available with layouts that provide more spacious living and take advantage of the third-floor views.

Neighborly Development is a Salem-based company that has developed over 3,000 units throughout Oregon, Washington and Utah. This is Neighborly’s first development in Bend. Construction began summer of 2022.
