Finn Chambers, Ridgeview baseball: In the Ravens’ sweep-sealing win over Mountain View on May 3, the freshman right-handed pitcher threw a complete-game shutout, giving up just three hits while striking out four Cougar batters to help Ridgeview take a lead in the Intermountain Conference standings. Chambers also went 4-for-8 at the plate, including a leadoff double in the bottom of the six inning, and scored the winning run in the Ravens’ 2-0 win on Friday.
Bryce Grieb, Summit golf: In the IMC championships at the Resort Course at Eagle Crest April 29-30, the sophomore came away as the individual champion by posting a score of 155 (3-over par). Over 36 holes, Grieb birdied four holes and made 19 pars to help the Storm claim the league title.
Noah Wood, Summit tennis: At the Bigfoot Invitational tennis tournament at the University of Oregon, Wood went 4-0 in four matches, helping the Storm get team wins over Catlin Gabel, Marist Catholic, La Salle Prep and South Eugene. Wood won eight of the nine sets he played, which helped Summit win the team title.
Ryker Altizer, Redmond baseball: In Redmond’s 5-1 win over Caldera on April 30, the senior pitcher threw a gem on the mound. He struck out 11 Wolfpack batters and allowed one earned run in a complete-game effort. Over the series, Altizer hit two doubles, drove in two runs and scored twice to help the Panthers secure the series win.

Georgia Koch, Redmond track: With a time of 57.32 seconds in the 400 meters at a dual meet against Caldera on May 1, the freshman broke a 36-year-old school record. Her time is the best in Class 5A and fifth-fastest across all classifications.
Saylor Gillet, Summit golf: Gillet shot 1-under par on the second day of the IMC championships at Meadow Lakes Golf Course in Prineville, pulling away from the field to win the individual tile with a score of 149 (5-over) and lead the Storm to an IMC team title.
Brezlyn Hagemeister, Ridgeview softball: In a critical series sweep of Mountain View to boost its playoff resume, Ridgeview got a dominant performance from its freshman pitcher. In 21 innings over three games, Hagemeister struck out 35 batters and allowed five earned runs. In the batter’s box, Hagemeister hit three doubles and drove in nine runs for the Ravens.
