Politicians are clamoring for your attention and your votes. What would you like us to ask them? What would you like to know about ballot measures?
Please tell us. Your responses will help guide what we do.
There’s no shortage of coverage of the presidential race. We are going to focus our coverage on more local races and issues. There are plenty.
There are seats in Congress, in state government, on the councils of Bend, La Pine, Redmond and Sisters. Deschutes County will elect a new sheriff. There are statewide ballot measures and local measures to expand the Deschutes County Commission from three to five positions. Redmond has a school bond and a parks bond. And more.
The Bulletin’s editorial board won’t be endorsing candidates or ballot measures. We will try to provide information to help you make up your mind. So let us know what you would like to know. You can always email us your thoughts and endorsements for publication at letters@bendbulletin.com. Thank you and please vote.
