Get ready for an adventure of the senses at the first-ever Standard TV & Appliance Celebrity Wine & Spirits Festival Presented by Volvo Cars Bend, Sat., Sept. 14, 1pm-4pm, at “Bendistillery,” home of Crater Lake Spirits, in Bend.

Featuring more than 30 wines, spirits and specialty beers, sip and savor the likes of Sting’s il Palagio wine; Vera Wang’s Prosecco Brut Party; Jason Aldean’s Wolf Moon Bourbon; Dave Matthews’ Dreaming Tree wines, and many others. Never before has this type of collection been gathered for tasting in one location.

Mix and mingle with colorful special guests: bourbon authority Fred Minnick; Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame artist Neil Giraldo and platinum musician, actor and songwriter Frank Stallone.

1. Fred Minnick is considered THE world’s leading bourbon authority. Wall Street Journal bestselling author of seven books, host of top podcast “The Fred Minnick Show,” bourbon makers seek his “blessing” because Minnick is among the foremost rankers of the spirit. So sought-after is he that celebrities and industry leaders are known to fly to Louisville, where he lives, simply to share bourbon sips with the man considered the “face of bourbon.”

2. Neil Giraldo hosts a seminar to share his own bourbon label. Neil is founder and chairman of “Three Chord Bourbon.” He says the label was created to celebrate music, honor those who make it, and remind us of the power of music to bring people together.” Giraldo has sold 45 million records, a catalog of more than 100 songs, and produces for the likes of Kenny Loggins, Pat Benatar, Rick Springfield and others.

3. Frank Stallone is a Grammy and Golden Globe-nominated musician, songwriter, actor and all-around big personality. Stallone has five Platinum albums, seven Gold Albums and has starred in more than 80 films. Stallone will play a little music, mix and mingle with guests, and share spectacular stories.

Minnick and Giraldo also will host seminars at the event, share bourbon tips and insights.
