John Evans, a property manager at Compass Commercial Property Management, has been named Cascade Business News Accomplished Under 40 award. Sixteen other members of the commercial real estate firm have also received this recognition.

Jazmin Murgía has been hired by the Latino Community Association as a community health worker in the Health Families program. Previously Murgía worked in the association’s Redmond office as a client services assistant.

Lynne McConnell was named executive director of Housing Works, a nonprofit affordable housing provider in Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson counties. Previously, McConnell worked for the city of Bend as its housing director.
