One of the state’s top football recruits is headed to Pullman, as Mountain View’s Jack Foley has announced his commitment to Washington State.

Foley made the announcement on his social media.

Earlier this week, Foley had announced a decommitment from Wake Forest.

The 6-foot-4 receiver is a three-star recruit per 247Sports and is the No. 5 recruit in Oregon.

Foley was an all-state first team selection last fall as a wide receiver and was an honorable mention on defense. He was a major part of the Cougars’ run in 2023 that ended with a 12-1 record and a runner-up finish in Class 5A.

No. 2 Mountain View will host No. 10 Lebanon on Friday night in a Class 5A state quarterfinal game.
