The real estate office of DeLay and Billings Team Real Estate has changed its name to Varsity Real Estate.

Previously, the co-founders Sam DeLay and Cole Billings were affiliated with Sothebys. They launched their company in 2022, but now will work under the new banner.  The new company will combine old-school methods of selling real estate with new technology, according to the company. 

The transition occurred Oct. 28.
