Two Trinity Lutheran hoopers voted The Bulletin’s Athletes of the Week

The votes are in for The Bulletin’s Athletes of the Week for Dec. 4-14. Nearly 400 votes were cast.
Ella Prelog, a junior on the Trinity Lutheran girls basketball team, and Andrew Imhoff, a senior on the Trinity Lutheran boys basketball team, were voted by Bulletin readers as the boys and girls Athletes of the Week.

Prelog was nominated by coach Irish Milandin after the junior scored 29 points and had 10 steals in a 55-33 win over De La Salle, then scored 21 points and had five steals, five rebounds and three assists in the championship game against Neah-Kah-Nie at the Westside Winter Jam Tournament in Portland Dec. 6-7.

Imhoff was nominated by coach Kyle Gilbert after the senior exploded for 35 points and 14 rebounds in the Saints’ 66-65 win over Sisters on Dec. 10. Through the first four games this season, the senior is averaging 25 points and 13.5 rebounds to help Trinity Lutheran to a 3-1 start.
New nominations will be announced on Tuesday.
