Free Family Saturdays are returning to the High Desert Museum starting this week.

All visitors to the museum can enter free of charge on Saturday. A second free admission day will be held on Feb. 22. The free days are sponsored by Mid Oregon Credit Union.

The museum will be open on both days from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Due to the popularity of the free days, and the limited parking at the museum, carpooling is recommended.

Special events are planned during the free day, including a raptor encounter happening every hour from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. More information on the free days and current exhibitions at the museum can be found at: highdesertmuseum.org.
