Score big on food and drink specials on Super Bowl Sunday in Bend

As the Kansas City Chiefs attempt a rare championship three-peat in Sunday’s Super Bowl game, Bend bars and restaurants will be serving up buckets of beer, pizza and raffle prizes.

Here’s where to score Super Bowl specials in Bend, as the Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles face off for the Lombardi Trophy.

The Hideaway

All three Hideaway locations are hosting an all-you-can-eat Super Bowl party. Tickets are required for entry and available for purchase in person with cash at the bar. Pizza, sliders, salads and appetizers will be served buffet style. General admission is $40 and reserved seating is $65. All ticket holders will be entered to win Hideaway gift cards, swag and other prizes.

McMenamins Old St. Francis School

The Super Bowl will be shown on the big screen at the McMenamins Old St. Francis School Theater. Visitors can settle into one of the sofas to watch the game while ordering from the restaurant’s menu or from the full-service bar behind the theater. The game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. and theater doors open at 2:30 p.m.

10 Barrel Brewing Co.

10 Barrel Brewing Co. is throwing game day parties at both Bend pubs. In-house specials will be running all day and include pizza and a pitcher of beer ($30), a bucket of beer ($20) or a beer tower ($30) in addition to a bingo card and a raffle for prizes. Takeout specials will also be available with $35 for any pizza, two crowlers (32 oz. cans) or chili cheese nachos.

Fire on the Mountain

There’ll be no in-house dining on Sunday, but Fire on the Mountain is accepting orders for game day for a minimum of 36 sauced wings. The most wings the restaurant can cook at any one time is 500, said General Manager Tatiana Youngblood. Time slots in the hours leading up to the game are filling up fast, so customers are encouraged to place their orders soon. Wing orders placed and paid for in person will also be accepted with the added benefit of $2 off any drink. Also on the menu: growlers of beer and chips with queso.

Yoli

Bulgogi fries, Korea’s version of chili cheese fries, will be available for pick up on Sunday at Yoli, along with Korean fried chicken. The serving of crispy shoestring fries is loaded with sweet marinated beef, shredded cheese, scallions, red onions, pickled jalapenos and sour cream and weighs in at over five pounds. Junior’s Grill

Food truck Junior’s Grill is serving up trays of macaroni and cheese and pulled pork for Super Bowl Sunday, in addition to its key lime pie. All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Orders are accepted by phone, email or in person and may be picked up at the food cart on Friday or Saturday.
