Published 4:00 pm Tuesday, May 6, 2025

U.S. Sen. Jeff Merkley announced he will hold town halls in Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson counties on May 10.

He will be joined by U.S. Rep. Janelle Bynum for the Deschutes County town hall in Sisters.

These events are rescheduled from prior dates, and continue Merkley’s 2025 town hall tour across the state.

The town hall in Jefferson County is in the Madras Performing Arts Center at 10 a.m. The event in Crook County is at 1 p.m. in the Barnes Butte Elementary gymnasium, and the event in Deschutes County will be at 5:30 p.m. at the Sisters High School gymnasium.

The venues may reach capacity due to the record-breaking turnout in the past for Merkley’s events.
