• Army Pfc. Ethan Rumbarger has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Leonard in Wood, Mo. He is a 2008 graduate of Culver High School, and the son of Cindy and Todd Brooks, of Culver, and Denise and Brad Rumbarger, of Sisters.

• Army National Guard Pfc. Jory Hamon has graduated from infantryman one station unit training at Fort Benning, Ga. He is a 2004 graduate of Crook County High School, and the son of Randy Hamon, of Prineville.

• Michelly Kristine Foley, of Prineville, has been named to the Summer 2010 President’s Honor Roll at Washington State University in Pullman.
