Susan Ostrom went home to be with our Lord on August 28, 2010.

She and her husband had recently relocated to Bend, OR, from Oklahoma City, OK. Susan is survived by her husband of 46 years, Paul Ostrom, and by her daughter and son-in-law, Tonja and David Barovelli, of Bend, OR, her son, Paul Ostrom, Jr., of Overland Park, KS, and her mother, Helen Beckman, of Ypsilanti, MI. Mrs. Ostrom was a loving, active woman who was tireless in her love of her husband and family. She showed her wonderful Christian spirit in her many acts of kindness to various churches, many extended family members, and members of the communities in which she lived who needed assistance. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, September 3, 2010, at 11:00 A.M. at The Rockaway Community Church in Rockaway, Oregon. Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at 10:00 A.M. at Pilot Butte Cemetery, Bend, Oregon. Contributions may be made to Partners In Care 2075 N.E.
